The event is free of charge but needs registration at latest on 6th June 2023.

The Conference is co-organized by the Finnish-Latin American Business Council and Latnord.

Aiming to foster collaboration between Chile and Finland on wood industry, Latnord is organizing the conference Sustainable Construction and Wood Industry Chile-Finland. Topics include relevant subjects as R&D and bioproducts, multi-storey wooden buildings, wood construction, regulations and prefabrication.

The conference will bring together representatives from  Stora Enso, VTT, Raute, ALA Architects, Business Finland, Chilean National Wood Centre for Excellence (CIM-CENAMAD), Embassy of Chile in Sweden, Puutuoteteollisuus - Federation of the Finnish Woodworking Industries, Lundén Architects, Lunawood and Puurakentajat Group.
