Mrs. Dace Treija-Masī\, Ambassador of Latvia in Finland.\nTalk from Jukka Luoma "Strategy in the era of artificial intelligence: industry insights".\nThe talk provides an overview of how artificial intelligence (AI)\, especially generative AI\, is changing strategy\, organizations and the economy more generally. We will discuss how AI may enhance productivity and unlock new opportunities for driving growth. We also discuss the ‘dual effect’ of AI on strategy: AI will not only enable new business models and change sources of competitive advantage but can also change the nature of strategy work itself. \nJukka Luoma is Associate Professor in Strategic Management at Aalto University. His research focuses on competitive strategy and digital technologies\, especially how data\, analytics and artificial intelligence are used in organizations. Jukka is currently the co-lead of a research project called “Smarter Work with Generative AI\,” which examines the challenges and opportunities of generative AI for businesses. Besides his research work\, Jukka is actively involved with companies as a keynote speaker\, executive educator and strategy work facilitator.
