Prior to this Amit was a Partner with Ernst &Young\, India\, International tax practise. Amit has 25+ years of experience of working on cross border tax matters and investments from Europe / Americas to India and vice versa.\nAmit is a fellow chartered accountant of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants\, India and Law (L.L.B) and Commerce graduate\nAmit has helped companies from multiple industries with building a successful strategy for India entry including access to incentives\, location assessment\, JV partner identification\, business strategy\, designing operating model\, setting up processes\, compliance with local laws and certainty on tax/ TP matters.
