He has assisted within numerous foreign investments in Poland. The projects included greenfield investments\, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. The majority of clients assisted by Mr Pruś are from Scandinavia\, especially from Finland. The law firm has more than 40 overall number of Finnish clients\, and the total value of investments runs into the amounts to hundreds of millions of Polish zlotys.\nMr Pruś is also chairman of the Supervisory Board of Miilux Poland\, the Polish subsidiary of Miilux Oy.
