A highly anticipated and requested addition to Finland Chamber of Commerce´s sustainability services!

The Finland Chamber of Commerce's renewed Sustainability for Business Leaders is designed for those who want to further develop the ongoing sustainability processes at work. This program offers in-depth tools and perspectives that will help you hone your corporate sustainability and bring sustainability even more strongly to the core of your business. 

The program consists of three modules, in which we dive deeply into different perspectives on sustainability. The participants get to hear from top experts, analyze practical business examples and participate in discussions with a peer network. In addition, we offer diverse side programs and networking opportunities that support your sustainability work that has already begun.

In the three modules of the program, we will hear expert key notes and business cases and have discussions on:

• strategy and regulation,

• development of environmental responsibility,

• development of social responsibility

The seminars are organized in a hybrid model, so you can participate on site or via remote connection. In implementing the program, we utilize the digital Howspace workspace, in which materials are provided and a discussion platform for program participants is arranged. 

The program is aimed at company management, members of management teams, future members of management teams and board professionals. The program will have a maximum of 30 participants, and places will be filled in the order of registration.

PROGRAM

The content of the program is curated by the sustainability team leader of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Jussi Hakanen. The practical implementation of the program is handled by event producer Karoliina Korhonen.

The program includes:
• A Teams pre-meeting on Thursday 26.8.2025 at 15.30–16.30, where you will hear about the program arrangements and get to know the participants and the electronic workspace, Howspace.
• Seminars mentioned in the program with coffee and lunch.

Participation fees: For participants from member companies of the Chambers of Commerce €2,390 + VAT 25.5%. Normal price €2,890 + VAT 25.5%. We are happy to make a package offer if your company has several participants in the program. Please note that there are limited places and places will be filled in the order of registration.

Payment and cancellation terms: We will send invoices of the program participation fee at the start of the program. Free cancellation is possible no later than 7 days before the first seminar of the program. For later cancellations, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. If necessary, the place can be transferred to another participant.

We monitor the carbon footprint of our events: In accordance with the Climate Commitment of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, we have committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2035. We monitor the carbon footprint of our events, strive to reduce emissions and compensate for the emissions caused by the event. 
Therefore, we ask you when registering how you will get to the event. Please help us to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible by using public transport where possible.
