Join the Finland Chamber of Commerce’s curated executive visit to London and make the most of one of the world’s leading defence and security events.

In September 2027, DSEI UK will bring together leading defence and security companies, decision-makers, government and defence representatives, and international delegations in London. The event offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into industry developments, emerging technologies, procurement needs and international business opportunities.

The Finland Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Access & Growth Insight Visit makes a large-scale international event easier to navigate and more valuable from a business perspective. We design the programme specifically for business leaders, helping you understand where the market is heading, who the key players are and where new opportunities may be emerging for Finnish companies.

The Chamber Access & Growth Insight Visit is more than a visit to DSEI UK. It is a focused programme combining market insight, international connections, peer networking and new business opportunities.

Before the trip, we will organize a preparation and networking session at the Finland Chamber of Commerce on 16 August 2027 at 14–16:30. During this session, we will:

• ensure that you are well prepared, your objectives are clear, and you can gain maximum benefit from the trip
• provide an up-to-date overview of the DSEI programme
• give you the opportunity to meet and network with other participants

Participation in the pre-departure meeting is also possible remotely if needed.

DSEI UK 2027

DSEI UK will take place at ExCeL London on 7–10 September 2027. The event covers key areas across the defence and security sector, from land, naval and air capabilities to space, technology and manufacturing. More than 45,000 attendees, over 1,700 exhibitors and representatives from more than 90 countries are expected to attend DSEI UK 2027.

Participation

Dates: 8–10 September 2027
Location: London, United Kingdom
Group size: Maximum 25 participants
Programme confirmation: A minimum of 15 participants is required. We will confirm whether the programme will go ahead no later than 9 August 2027.

Participation in DSEI UK is subject to accreditation and approval by the event organiser. Participants are responsible for applying for accreditation in accordance with the organiser’s instructions closer to the event. Registration for the Finland Chamber of Commerce programme does not guarantee admission to DSEI UK.

We will recommend suitable flights for the group and provide participants with the option to book accommodation from a hotel room allocation secured by the Finland Chamber of Commerce. Flight and accommodation information will be published soon.

Secure your place early – participation is limited to 25 people.

Travel

Each participant is responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, including flights. Participants are also responsible for obtaining any required visas, travel documents, and adequate travel insurance. We will provide recommendations for suitable flights.

Accommodation

Each participant is responsible for booking and covering their own accommodation. A room block will be made by the Finland Chamber of Commerce.

Electronic Travel Authorization

Travel to the United Kingdom requires an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation). The fastest way to apply for an ETA is by using the UK ETA app, which can be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Participation fee – Chamber Access & Growth Insight Visit – DSEI UK 2027

The final participation fee depends on the number of participants and the actual costs incurred. The estimated fee is approximately €2,000 per participant + VAT 25.5%.

A reservation fee of €1,000 + VAT 25.5% will be invoiced in August 2027. The final invoice will be issued after the trip in Sebtember 2027 once all costs are confirmed.

The participation fee includes

• Pre-departure session in Helsinki (including catering)
• On-site programme in London (including lunches, dinners, and refreshments)
• Local transportation from the recommended hotel to programme locations

The Finland Chamber of Commerce will be present to facilitate the programme and manage practical arrangements.

The participation fee does not include (to be covered by each participant)

• Travel and accommodation costs
• Electronic Travel Authorization or other travel documents
• Travel insurance

Payment and cancellation terms

The first instalment of the participation fee will be invoiced in August 2027. Free cancellation is possible until 31 August 2027.

The final instalment will be invoiced after the programme once all costs and participant numbers are confirmed.
