No Bullsh*t! 2027 – An Event Where Sustainability Turns into Action

19 May 2027 | 14:00–21:00 | Kulttuuritehdas Korjaamo, Helsinki

A sustainability event for business leaders, where everything unnecessary is cut off.
No hype. No buzzwords. No greenwashing. Just results.

No Bullsh*t! 2027 brings together SME leaders, sustainability experts and other business trailblazers to inspire, challenge and turn sustainability into a clear competitive edge.
This is an event for those who want to lead change — not just follow it.

Hosted and DJ’d by Renaz Ebrahimi – Courage and Honesty on Stage
Journalist, host and DJ Renaz Ebrahimi guides the day’s conversations with uncompromising directness.
Renaz brings both media experience and a personal perspective on diversity and equity.
Under Renaz’s lead, there will be no circling around — we talk about things as they are, enabling insights that genuinely matter.

Impact, Inspiration and Practical Solutions
The day features internationally respected speakers, concrete business cases and influential leaders.
To kick things off without unnecessary small talk, two truly one‑of‑a‑kind performers take the stage:
Leo & Rauhatäti – an energetic, warm and unapologetically outspoken duo – open No Bullsh*t! 2026 with a performance that wakes you up, makes you laugh and sparks new thinking.

Keynote: Thomas Kolster
Internationally respected speaker, author and sustainable marketing advisor Thomas Kolster challenges companies and boards to tackle today’s biggest problems in new ways.
Kolster speaks about where leadership, business, marketing, climate and sustainability meet — and why change begins with you.

Niklas Kaskeala, founding activist, The Activist Agency
Climate action can no longer be postponed. In his focused keynote, Niklas Kaskeala challenges business leaders to move from words to measurable results and to turn climate action into a strategic advantage. He outlines clear, practical steps for how companies can lead meaningful change and respond to rapidly rising expectations.

A Panel That Turns the Conversation Upside Down
“Sustainability Is Dead – Long Live Sustainability!”
The audience presents arguments against sustainability — and the panel’s task is to defeat them with stronger reasoning.
At the end of the panel discussion, the audience has a chance to vote for the winners. You’ll walk away with the arguments you need for everyday sustainable leadership.

Joining the discussion:
Jussi Hakanen, sustainability manager, Finland Chamber of Commerce
Merli Juustila, sustainability specialist, Finland Chamber of Commerce
